At Hasthi India, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. However, please note that we have a No Refund Policy. We do offer exchanges under specific conditions outlined below. We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help in case of any issues with your order.

1. No Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
  • If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will only offer an exchange for items that meet the criteria specified below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only available if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Please review the conditions under which you are eligible for an exchange:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item is received in a damaged or defective condition, we will exchange it for the same item or a similar one, subject to availability.
  • Incorrect Product: If we mistakenly ship you the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size, color, or style), we will exchange it for the correct one.

Note: We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or size/color preference.

3. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@hasthi.in within 5 days of receiving your order.

     Provide Information:

          Your order number. A description of the issue (damaged, defective, or wrong  product). Photographs of the product highlighting the defect or damage

     Exchange Approval: Our customer support team will assess your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days with instructions on how to return the item and proceed with the exchange.

4. Exchange Process

  • Return the Product: Once your exchange request is approved, please return the item in its original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags attached) and in the original packaging (if applicable).
  • Shipping Costs for Exchange: If the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For exchanges that are not due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  • Product Availability: If the exact product is not available, we will offer you an exchange for a similar item or issue a store credit of equal value.

5. No Exchange on Certain Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items used or worn
  • Products with missing tags or packaging

Please ensure that the item is in unopened, unused condition if you are requesting an exchange.

6. Shipping for Exchanges

  • Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products. We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
  • Exchange Shipping: Once your exchange is processed, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional charge if the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
